It’s November and the figs are still ripening in my garden. Amazing! They seem to last longer every year.

“ egg-sized green fruits from South America… sligthly gritty texture like a bosc pear, with a tart flavor and a strong flagrance” (that reminds me of guava).
They are now ready to be picked, halved and eaten with a spoon. If you have room in your garden, they grow as bushes with green leaves all year around and beautiful flowers in Spring.
